摘　　要：目的:对2000年—2019年国家自然科学基金中西医结合学科心血管疾病相关项目的资助情况进行分析,为研究者今后国家自然科学基金项目申报及科研工作提供借鉴和参考。方法:计算机检索国家自然科学基金数据库、科学网、丁香通等网站获取国家自然科学基金项目信息,记录资助项目的项目名称、项目类别、项目负责人、资助金额、依托单位、研究热点和指标等,采用Excel 2019软件进行统计分析。结果:2000年—2019年国家自然科学基金中西医结合学科资助心血管疾病相关项目共391项,总资助金额15866万元;北京、上海、广东、天津、河南等5个省市立项数目、资助金额均排名靠前;面上项目和青年科学基金项目是主要资助类别,专项基金的资助力度最小;资助代码方面,中西医结合临床基础学科分类资助比例最大;动脉粥样硬化、心力衰竭、高血压、冠心病、心肌缺血是排在前5位的研究疾病方向;资助项目的研究热点和指标以机制研究、通路研究为主。结论:国家自然科学基金中西医结合学科对心血管疾病相关项目的资助力度整体呈上升趋势,但同时存在资助地域、单位不均衡、资助学科分类有显著差异等问题。Objective:To analyze the project of cardiovascular diseases related integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine under the National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC)from 2000 to 2019,so as to provide reference for related researchers to apply for NSFC projects and research work in the future.Methods:The information of NSFC projects was obtained from NSFC database,Scien.net,and Jingxiang Website.The project name,project category,project leader,funding amount,supporting units,research hotspots and indicators of the funded projects were recorded,and statistical analysis was carried out with Excel 2019 software.Results:From 2000 to 2019,the NSFC supported 391 projects related to cardiovascular diseases,with a total funding of 158.66 million yuan.Beijing,Shanghai,Guangdong,Tianjin,and Henan ranked the top in the number of projects approved and the amount of funding.General projects and youth science foundation projects were the main types of funding,and special funds were the least.In terms of funding code,the classification of clinical basic disciplines of integrated Chinese and Western medicine was the most one.Atherosclerosis,heart failure,hypertension,coronary heart disease,and myocardial ischemia were the top 5 research diseases.The research hotspots and indicators of the funded projects were mainly mechanism research and pathway research.Conclusion:The project of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine of NSFC for cardiovascular diseases is at a upgrading trend,but there are some problems,such as the imbalance of funding regions and units,and the significant differences in the classification of funding disciplines.
