摘 要:切削力和表面粗糙度是衡量切削加工性能的重要指标,并在很大程度上影响工件的加工精度。针对TA2材料进行干式车削,测量和分析切削力和工件表面粗糙度,研究两者随切削用量变化规律,并建立预测模型进行回归分析检验。单因素结果显示:随进给量或背吃刀量的增大,切削力和粗糙度近似线性增长,呈正相关;而切削力随切削速度变化平稳,表面粗糙度则呈现先增后降的趋势。极差结果表明:随进给量的变化,切向力受影响最显著,径向力对背吃刀量最敏感;进给量对表面粗糙度影响最严重;在切削过程中,应尽量采取高转速、低进给量和背吃刀量。Cutting force and roughness are important indicators to measure the cutting performance,and their size greatly affects the machining precision of the workpiece.For dry turning of TA2 material,cutting force and roughness are measured and analyzed to study the change regularly with cutting parameters,and a predictive model is also established for regression analysis testing.The single factor results show that the cutting force and roughness increased linearly with increasing feed rate or back engagement of the cutting edge,showing a positive correlation,but cutting force changes smoothly with the cutting speed,surface roughness shows a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.The range results show that the tangential force is most significantly affected by the feed rate,the radial force is most sensitive to the back engagement of the cutting edge.Feed rate has the most serious effect on surface roughness.In the cutting process,high speed,low feed rate and back engagement of the cutting edge should be adopted as far as possible.
