摘  要:为了提高电站发电效率,在炉烟气再循环条件下实现再热汽温特性方法的创新,从而为发电能源的节约提供现实依据。根据锅炉烟气再循环技术的现状,分析当下普遍运用的再热汽温的控制方式,提出使用再热汽温过程中的烟气挡板控制技术,结合再热汽温特性控制的理论基础,提出再热汽温的数学模型,并结合粒子群优化算法,以X电厂一期工程建设2台发电机组的相应数据为基础,进行仿真实验。结果表明,在50%、60%和80%三个稳定工况下,再热汽温烟气挡板控制的模型输出与实际输出数据的差距很小。系统在稳定工况条件下,模型可以进行快速跟踪,3条响应曲线的波动较小,在可控制范围内。而在变工条件下模型具有较强的鲁棒性,控制效果较好,验证了再热汽温控制系统有效性较高。The aim is to raise the power generation efficiency of the power station, innovate reheat steam temperature control system through flue gas recirculation, and provide a practical basis for more economical power generation.The current situation was discussed for the boiler flue gas recirculation technology, and accordingly, the mechanism of the popular reheat steam temperature control system was studied in detail.Consequently, a flue gas baffle control method was introduced for the reheat steam temperature control system.The mathematical model of the reheat steam temperature system was proposed based on the flue gas baffle control method and PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization) algorithm.Afterward, the model was simulated through experiments utilizing the corresponding data of two generators in the first phase construction of the X power plant.The results showed that: under stable conditions of 50%,60%,and 80%,the output of the proposed model differed little from the actual output of the reheat steam temperature flue gas baffle control.Meanwhile, under stable working conditions, the model could be quickly tracked, and the model response fluctuated within a controllable small range.The model had strong robustness and a good control effect under the condition of variable work.Hence, the proposed reheat steam temperature control system was effective.
