摘  要:油泵作为混合动力变速箱液压系统的动力源,功率损耗占比较大。为了进一步优化油泵结构,改善油泵供油特性,提高变速箱效率,建立摆线转子泵内部流场仿真模型,采用仿真分析和实验相结合的方法研究了摆线转子泵在不同负载压力、转速和温度下的出口流量、出口压力和出口流量压力脉动。研究结果表明:在相同的负载压力下,出口流量随着油液温度的升高而降低;在相同油液温度下,出口流量随着负载压力的增大而减小,随着转速的升高而升高;出口流量压力偏差均在要求范围内,满足设计要求。通过对比仿真分析结果和实验结果发现:两者较吻合,证明了仿真模型与分析方法的可靠性,为摆线转子泵优化设计提供了理论依据。As the power source of the hydraulic system of the hybrid transmission,the oil pump accounts for a large proportion of power loss.In order to further optimize the structure of the oil pump,improve the oil supply characteristics of the oil pump,and improve the efficiency of the gearbox,the internal flow field simulation model of the cycloidal rotor pump was established,and the outlet flow,pressure and flow pulsation under different load pressures,rotational speeds and oil temperatures were studied by simulation analysis and experimentation,respectively.The results show that under the same load pressure,the outlet flow decreases with the increase of the oil temperature;under the same oil temperature,the outlet flow decreases with the increase of the load pressure,and increases with the increase of the rotational speed.The outlet flow pressure pulsation test shows that the outlet pressure deviation is within the required range and meets the pump design requirements.Comparing the simulation results and the experimental results,the experimental results are in good agreement with the simulation results based on the model,which proves the reliability of the simulation model and analytical method.The results provide a theoretical basis for the optimal design of the cycloidal rotor pump.
