数字经济能否促进区域经济充分发展?——基于省际面板数据的实证研究

摘　　要：从数字基础设施、数字技术创新和数字产业发展三个方面构建数字经济综合评价指标体系,基于2013—2020年30个省市的面板数据,采用改进熵值法测算数字经济发展水平和资源综合利用指数,采用数据包络分析方法测算区域经济发展效率,并利用资源综合利用指数和区域经济发展效率来构建区域经济充分发展指数,通过面板数据回归分析数字经济发展的影响。结果表明,数字经济的三个因素能够有效促进区域经济充分发展,且促进作用存在区域异质性。This paper divides digital economy into digital infrastructure,digital technology innovation and digital industry development,and constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of digital economy.Based on panel data of 30 provinces from 2013 to 2020,with the improved entropy method to calculate the digital level of economic development and comprehensive utilization index of resources,and the DEA to measure efficiency of regional economic development and build regional economy development index in full,this empirical research aims to show the digital economy’s impact on regional economy overall development of our country.The results show that the three factors of digital economy can effectively promote the full development of regional economy,and the promoting effect has regional heterogeneity.
