摘 要:新冠疫情对全球服务贸易造成了较大冲击,但数字技术的发展和应用为服务贸易国际市场提供了转机。本文通过构建显著性比较优势、国际市场占有率、贸易竞争优势指数,并基于TOPSIS模型评价其综合服务贸易竞争力,以此为被解释变量构建加入疫情影响因素的钻石模型挖掘影响因素。结果表明,疫情等因素对“一带一路”沿线国家服务贸易竞争力具有显著的正向作用,并对我国提升与沿线国家的服务贸易水平方面提出相关建议。The COVID-19 pandemic has caused a big impact on global trade in services,but the development and application of digital technology marked a turning point for the international market of trade in services.By forming the revealed comparative advantage,international market share,and trade competitive advantage index and evaluating the competitiveness of comprehensive trade in services based on the TOPSIS model,we construct a diamond model with the influence of the pandemic as the explanatory variables to explore the influencing factors.The results show that the pandemic and other factors have a significant positive effect on the competitiveness of trade in services with the countries along the“Belt and Road”,and suggest relevant suggestions for China to improve its trade in services with the countries along the“Belt and Road”in this context.
