摘 要:稠油乳化现象会严重影响蒸汽吞吐的开采效果,明确原油乳化机理、优选有效破乳体系,是实现稠油油藏蒸汽吞吐高效开发的基础。通过室内实验研究了油藏含水率、原油组分等因素对原油乳化的影响,利用Materials Studio分子模拟技术研究原油乳化机理。研究结果表明,产出液中油水乳状液稳定性好、黏度高,极易滞留在近井地带,从而影响油藏的开发效果。优选出的苯环类耐高温破乳剂可以有效改善油水乳状液的界面张力,剥离油水乳化界面层,最终实现破乳降黏。The emulsification of heavy oil has seriously affected the production effect of steam huff and puff.Clarifying the emulsification mechanism of crude oil and optimizing the effective demulsification system are the basis for realizing the efficient development of steam huff and puff in heavy oil reservoirs.The influence of different water content,crude oil composition on crude oil emulsification is studied through laboratory experiments.With the help of Materials Studio molecular simulation technology,the research on crude oil emulsification mechanism and the optimization of demulsifier is carried out.The results show that the oil-water emulsion in the produced fluid has good stability and high viscosity,and is easily detained near the well,thus affecting the development effect of the reservoir.The benzene ring high temperature resistant demulsifier can effectively improve the interfacial tension property of oil-water emulsion,peel off oil-water emulsion interface layer,and realize demulsification and viscosity reduction.
