摘  要:人工智能、大数据等新兴技术的发展极大地推动了油气行业的智能化升级改造,但目前部分配气站仍采用传统的人工干预进行调节,存在控制滞后、自适应能力差等问题,严重威胁着下游用户的用气安全。为此,以YGS配气站为研究对象,建立了站场运行状态参数智能分析与控制模型,获得了正常和异常工况下配气站运行状态参数的变化规律,形成了配气站智能控制方法。研究结果表明,站场仿真模型获得的流量、出站压力等参数与实际运行数据吻合较好;配气站运行参数智能控制模型实现了对不同工况下站场运行状态参数的准确控制,为配气站智慧化建设奠定了基础。The development of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data has greatly promoted the intelligent upgrading and transformation of the oil and gas industry.However,at present,some gas distribution stations still use traditional manual intervention for regulation,and there are problems such as control lag and poor adaptive ability,which seriously threaten the safety of downstream users.Therefore,taking YGS gas distribution station as the research object,the intelligent analysis and control model of station operation state parameters is established,and the variation rules of gas distribution station operation state parameters under normal and abnormal working conditions are obtained,forming the intelligent control method of gas distribution station.The results show that the flow,outlet pressure and other parameters obtained from the station simulation model are consistent with the actual operation data.The intelligent control model of gas distribution station operation parameters realizes the accurate control of station operation state parameters under different working conditions,laying a foundation for the intelligent construction of gas distribution station.
