摘  要:综合维修天窗是列车运行图中预留专门供工务、电务、供电等部门综合协调维修铁路基础设备设施的时间,有效利用综合维修天窗开展维修作业有利于保障铁路基础设备设施质量与行车安全。为了提高综合维修天窗利用率,通过分析既有维修作业内容,利用维修作业车有效作业时间近似计算综合维修天窗利用率,得出天窗利用率主要受天窗时长、辅助作业时间与维修作业车作业效率的影响,然后提出了可以缩短天窗修辅助作业时间的综合维修作业车提前上线方法以及精细化维修作业组织过程的维修作业车运行线铺画方法,最后通过案例分析得出:在采用维修作业车提前上线方法后,4个维修工区的天窗内上下行平均辅助作业时间分别缩短27.5 min与34.5 min,上下行天窗利用率分别提高11.5%与14.4%。The comprehensive maintenance skylight is the time reserved in the train diagram for the comprehensive coordination and maintenance of railway infrastructure and equipment by departments such as engineering, electricity,and power supply. Effective use of the comprehensive maintenance skylight in maintenance operations is conducive to ensuring the quality of railway infrastructure and equipment and driving safety. Hence, this study was conducted with a view to achieving a higher utilization rate of the comprehensive maintenance skylight. Upon the analysis of the existing maintenance content, the utilization rate of the comprehensive maintenance skylight was approximated with the effective operation time of the maintenance vehicle. It is concluded that the utilization rate of skylight is mainly affected by the time of skylight, auxiliary operation time, and operation efficiency of the maintenance vehicle. Then, the early launching method of the comprehensive maintenance vehicle was proposed, which could shorten the auxiliary operation time in the skylight, and the drawing method of the operation line of the maintenance vehicle was put forward, which could refine the maintenance organization process. Finally, through case analysis, it is concluded that when the early launching method of the maintenance vehicle is adopted, the average auxiliary operation time of the upward and downward direction in the skylight of four maintenance areas is shortened by 27.5 min and 34.5 min, respectively, and the utilization rate of upward and downward skylights is increased by 11.5 % and 14.4 %, respectively.
