山东烟田烟粉虱种群消长动态和空间分布特征研究

摘　　要：为明确山东烟田烟粉虱的发生状况,为烟粉虱的精准预测预报提供理论依据,本试验开展了烟粉虱的种群消长动态和空间分布特征研究。结果表明,烟粉虱种群数量自5月下旬逐渐上升,7月中旬—下旬达高峰,7月下旬—8月下旬逐渐降低。在烟草植株垂直方向上,上、中部叶片的烟粉虱数量显著高于下部叶片。烟粉虱种群呈聚集分布,分布的基本成分是个体群;聚集均数(λ)分析表明聚集原因是由其本身聚集习性或与环境因素综合作用引起。本研究还利用空间格局参数确定了序贯抽样模型和理论抽样数,并提出了田间抽样技术。In order to clarify the occurrence of Bemisia tabaci in tobacco fields of Shandong Province, and provide theoretical bases for accurate prediction of B. tabaci, the population dynamics and spatial distribution characteristics of B. tabaci were studied. The results showed that the population of B. tabaci increased gradually from the last ten days of May, reached the peak during the middle and late July, and then decreased gradually from late July to late August. In the vertical direction of tobacco plants, the number of B. tabaci on upper and middle leaves(31.15%~50.95%) was significantly higher than that on lower leaves(14.79%~28.09%). The distribution pattern of B. tabaci population belonged to an aggregated distribution, and its basic component was individual group. The aggregated mean(λ) analysis indicated that the aggregation was caused by its own aggregation habit or combined with environmental factors. In this study, the sequential sampling model and the theoretical sampling number were determined by using spatial pattern parameters, and the field sampling technique was put forward.
