堤围加固对广肇高速桥梁的影响分析

摘  要:以广肇高速下部堤围的修建对广肇高速的影响为例,分析在已有高速附近施工对桥梁的影响。采用有限元软件建立模型,模拟计算堤围在堆载和挡土墙施工两种工况下桥梁桩基与墩底的变形与弯矩。由计算结果可知,对桥梁桩基和墩底影响最大的施工过程是堆载过程,桩基最大横向位移为17 mm,桩基最大弯矩为1094 kN·m,墩底最大弯矩为106 kN·m,挡土墙的施工对于桩基和墩底影响不大,因此,在已有桥梁桩基附近施工,需要考虑重压的影响。Taking the influence of the construction of the lower embankment of Guangzhao expressway on the Guangzhao expressway as an example,this paper analyzes the influence of the construction near the existing expressway on the bridge.The finite element software was used to establish the model,and the deformation and bending moment of bridge pile foundation and pier bottom were simulated under the two working conditions of pile load and retaining wall construction.According to the calculation results,the construction process with the greatest influence on bridge pile foundation and pier bottom was the pile load process,the maximum lateral displacement of pile foundation was 17mm,the maximum bending moment of pile foundation was 1094kN·m.The maximum bending moment of pier bottom is 106kN·m.The construction of retaining wall has little influence on the pile foundation and pier bottom.Therefore,the influence of heavy pressure should be considered in the construction near the existing bridge pile foundation.
