基于模糊层次分析法的工程总承包项目实施效果评价

摘　　要：通过模糊层次法对锡山经济技术开发区新材料产业园污水处理厂总承包项目的实施效果进行综合评价,确定和优化了总承包模式下项目的实施效果评价指标体系,建立了相应的评价模型。结果表明:此污水处理厂项目的关键性评价指标为进度管理、成本管理、质量控制和HSE管理,工程总承包模式下此项目的实施效果较为理想。The implementation effect of the general contracting project of the sewage treatment plant in the new material industrial park of Xishan Economic and Technological Development Zone was comprehensively evaluated by the fuzzy AHP,the implementation effect evaluation index system of the project under the general contracting mode was determined and optimized,and the implementation effect evaluation model was established.The results showed that the key evaluation indicators of this sewage treatment plant project were schedule management,cost management,quality control and HSE management.The implementation effect of this project under the general contracting mode was ideal.
