余暇体育锻炼氛围对大学生智能手机成瘾的影响:消极情感和自我控制的链式中介作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨余暇体育锻炼氛围、消极情感、自我控制与智能手机成瘾之间的关系。方法:采用余暇体育锻炼氛围问卷、智能手机成瘾问卷、自我控制问卷和消极情感问卷对663个大学生施测。结果:①余暇体育锻炼氛围与自我控制显著正相关(r=0.270,P<0.01),消极情绪与智能手机成瘾显著正相关(r=0.526,P<0.01),余暇体育锻炼氛围与消极情绪、智能手机成瘾显著负相关(r=-0.223,-0.352;P<0.01),自我控制与消极情绪、智能手机成瘾显著负相关(r=-0.413,-0.536;P<0.01);②大学生的消极情绪、自我控制在余暇体育锻炼氛围和智能手机成瘾之间存在中介效应,效应量为0.069,0.087;③大学生的消极情绪、自我控制在余暇体育锻炼氛围和智能手机成瘾之间具有链式中介作用,效应量为0.037。结论:余暇体育锻炼氛围不仅直接影响智能手机成瘾,还通过消极情绪和自我控制的链式中介作用间接大学生的智能手机成瘾。Objective:To explore the relationship between leisure physical exercise atmosphere,negative emotion,self-control and smartphone addiction.Methods:A total of 663 college students were tested by questionnaire of leisure exercise atmosphere,smartphone addiction questionnaire,self-control questionnaire and negative emotion questionnaire.Results:①There was a significantly positive correlation between leisure exercise atmosphere and self-control(r=0.270,P<0.01),negative emotions were positively correlated with smartphone addiction(r=0.526,P<0.01),there was a significantly negative correlation between leisure exercise atmosphere and negative emotion and smartphone addiction(r=-0.223,-0.352;P<0.01),self-control was significantly negatively correlated with negative emotions and smartphone addiction(r=-0.413,-0.536;P<0.01);②There were mediating effects of negative emotions and self-control on the relationship between leisure exercise atmosphere and smartphone addiction,with effect sizes of 0.069 and 0.087;③College students’negative emotions and self-control had a chain mediating effect on the relationship between leisure sports atmosphere and smartphone addiction,with an effect size of 0.037.Conclusion:Leisure exercise atmosphere not only directly affects the smartphone addiction,but also indirectly mediates the smartphone addiction of college students through the chain mediating effect of negative emotion and self-control.
