露天生产配矿管理的影响因素及措施分析

摘　　要：在露天生产过程中,配矿是一项细致复杂的工作。分析出配矿的影响因素和管理措施,将大大提高矿石的配比合理性,矿石的入选品位波动值大幅下降,日品位波动控制小于0.3%,有效保障了原矿品位的均衡生产。Ore proportioning is a meticulous and complex work during open-air production process.The influencing factors and management measures of ore proportioning were analyzed,the reasonability of ore proportioning was increased greatly,the fluctuation value of ore beneficiation feed grade was decreased greatly,the volatility control of daily grade is less than 0.3%,the level production of raw ore grade was guaranteed effectively.
