摘 要:分析了某铅锌矿山矿井涌水治理工程处理工艺存在的净水器集泥、药剂投加不均匀、曝气氧化池能耗较高、曝气效果差及现场仪表缺失等工艺、设备问题,导致处理系统出水质量铁、锰时有超标现象;通过增加进水计量装置、pH值检测系统、DCS控制系统、药剂反应槽及配水槽,曝气氧化池、一体化布水装置、回流泵等工艺设备优化,加强操作培训等辅助措施,稳定生产操作,铁下降50%,锰下降50%,锌下降44%。The treatment process of mining water inrush of one lead and zinc mine has the following problems,such as sludge collection of water purifier,uneven addition of agent,high energy consumption of aerated oxidation pond,poor aeration effect,field instruments were missing and so on,so the iron and manganese content in outlet water occasionally exceed the standard;Therefore,the following devices were added:the inlet water metering device,pH value detection system,DCS control system,agent reaction tank,and the following devices were optimzied:water tank,aerated oxidation pond,integrated water distribution device,reflux pump,the operation training and the other auxiliary measures were strengthened,the production operations were stabilized,iron was decreasd by 50%,manganses was decreased by 50%,Zinc was decreased by 44%.
