摘 要:某金矿中金的含量为1.85 g/t。为矿石分选工艺流程的确定提供理论基础,通过采用化学分析、化学物相分析、光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和矿物解离分析仪(MLA)等技术手段,对矿石的化学成分、矿物组成、金的赋存状态、嵌布特征及金的载体矿体矿物嵌布特征进行了详细研究。研究结果表明:矿石中的主要金矿物为自然金,矿石中的金主要以不规则状嵌布于黄铁矿裂隙中,矿石中金矿物嵌布粒度主要集中于(-20~+5)μm,矿石中金矿物的赋存形式以裂隙金为主,建议采用的选矿工艺为先重选,然后全硫化物浮选,再通过氰化浸出金。研究结果为中亚南天山金成矿带上同类型金矿床的开发和利用提供借鉴。Gold content in one gold ore is 1.85 g/t.The detailed study of chemical component,mineral composition,occurrence state of gold,dissemination characteristics and dissemination characteristics of carrier ore was carried out by using of chemical analysis,chemical phase analysis,optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and mineral liberation analysis device,in order to confirm and provide theoretical basis to ore sorting process flow.Study results show:the major gold mineral in the ore is native gold,the gold in irregular state was embedded in fracture of pyrite,the dissemination size of gold mineral in the ore is mainly in the range of(-20~+5)μm,the occurring state of gold mineral is manly fissured gold,the recommended mineral processing technology is gravity separation,then the flotation was carried out for total sulphide,and gold was separated by cyanide leaching.The study results can provide reference to development and utilization of similar gold deposit in gold metallogenic belt in Nantianshan of Central Asia.
