摘  要:针对某进口高硅锡矿,通过重选脱硫后粒级为(0.047~0.005)mm的极细矿泥。在强烈搅拌下进行控制电位浮选,浮选过程中添加腐殖酸钠和CMC及捕收剂处理,提高矿物的分选性,通过稳定电位,控制延长了锡石浮选时间。最终实现含锡1.39%的高硅锡矿泥浮选锡总回收率76.95%的指标。Gravity separation and desulfuration process was applied on one imported high silica tin ore,then,the imported high silica tin ore was treated to extremely fine sludge that particle size is(0.047~0.005)mm.With potential control flotation under strong agitation,sodium humate,CMC and collecting agent was added during flotation process,therefore,the separation selectivity of mineral was increased,and the flotation time of tinstone was controlled and extended by stable potential.It is finally got indicators that tin content is 1.39%,the total recovery rate of tin is 76.95%by tin flotation of high silica tin sludge.
