摘  要:云南某白钨矿选矿厂采用智能光选机进行预先抛废,对原矿中(-60~+15)mm粒级进行了详细的预先抛废试验,最终确定在抛废作业皮带运输速度为3.6 m/s,智能光选机的抛废率和精矿回收率最佳,分别为54.36%和94.491%。同时耐磨板加合金块两种材料一起制作的分料板的耐磨性最好,使用周期可以维持15 d,降低企业的生产成本,为同类型矿山企业有一定的借鉴作用。Intelligent photoelectric separator was adopted by one scheelite mineral processing plant in Yunnan for pre-discarding of waste ore,the detailed pre-discarding test of waste raw ore with the particle size(-60~+15)mm was carried out to confirm the following parameters,when the belt transport speed of waste ore discarding operation is 3.6 m/s,the waste ore discarding rate of intelligent photoelectric separator and the recovery rate were 54.36%and 94.491%separately,they were the best data.Material distribution board made by wear plates and alloy blocks has the best abrasion performance,the service period can last 15 days,the production cost of the enterprise can be reduced,it has a certain reference to the similar mining enterprises.
