摘　　要：泥炮开口机是艾萨炉开、堵铜口的关键设备。针对泥炮开口机作业人员容易误操作、作业现场环境温度高、液压元件易发生漏油维修时间长及钻杆使用寿命短等问题,采取取消行走快速挡;选择优质国产液压马达、油缸及对钻杆进行热处理等措施,使泥炮开口机总体性能明显改善,故障率同比下降56.25%,备件供货周期≤14 d,采购费用降低25.6万元/年。Tap hole drill is the critical equipment for open and close the furnace mouth of ISASMELT Furnace.Misoperation is easy to be happened by stemming machine operators,the environmental temperature of operation field is high,oil leakage of hydraulic components is easy to be happened,the maintenance period is long,the life time of drill stem is short and so on,therefore,the following measurements were taken to solve the problems above mentioned,the walking fast gear was canceled,high quality domestic hydraulic motor,oil cylinder was selected,heat treatment for drill stem and the other measurements were adopted,so that the overall performance of Tap hole drill is improved obviously,the failure rate fell by 56.25%year-on-year in the month,the delivery cycle of spare parts≤14 d,the procurement costs decreased by￥256,000 Yuan per year.
