摘 要:针对顶吹炉还原熔炼烟尘率高,严重影响金属直收、生产成本增高等问题,对烟尘产生机理进行了分析,从物料水分、含硫量、过程渣含锡控制、过程渣型、抽风、补风、枪位控制等多方面做了深入的探究,采取了相应措施,顶吹炉烟尘率从原来的28.5%下降到了22.84%。The dust yield of top-blow converter is high,metal direct yield was affected seriously,the production costs were increased,therefore,the analysis on mechanism of dust generation in the smelting process of top-blow converter was carried out,the indepth studies on control of material moisture content,sulfur content,tin-bearing slag,process slag type,air draft,air compensation,nozzle position control and the other aspects were carried out,it is proposed the measures and applications for decreasing of tin smelting dust yield of top-blow furnace,so the dust yield of top-blow converter was decreased from 28.5%to 22.84%.
