摘 要:当建设项目场地处于斜坡地带周边时(如山前坡洪积扇裙地貌单元),由于局部地质条件存在高差、地下水赋存条件复杂且变化幅度大,抗浮水位不能按勘察阶段(尤其是枯水期时)建设场地的地下水位考虑。应调查历史最高水位标高及丰水期水位、地下径流情况等,对抗浮水位进行专门论证,尤其是处于雨季或汛期施工阶段的工程,必要时进行施工阶段补充勘察。论文结合某小区地下车库抗浮失效事故的工程实例,通过现场检测与分析,对其上浮原因进行探讨并提出处理建议,以期为其他工程提供参考。When the construction project site is in the slope of the surrounding area(such as the front slope of the mountain flood fan skirt geomorphology unit),due to the local geological conditions there are high differences,complex groundwater conditions and large changes,the anti-floating water level cannot be considered by the survey stage(especially when the dry period)construction site groundwater level. The highest historical water level elevation and the water level during the abundant water period,underground runoff,etc. should be investigated,and the anti-floating water level should be specially demonstrated,especially in the rainy season or flood construction phase of the project,if necessary,the construction phase supplementary survey. In this paper,we combine an engineering example of anti-floating failure of underground garage in a community,and discuss the reasons for its floating through on-site inspection and analysis,and make suggestions to provide reference for other projects.
