摘  要:由于EPS装饰线条较水泥构件及玻璃钢构件具有重量轻、材质均匀、安装轻松方便、可随意剪切拼接等优点,是目前主流的装饰线条选择。EPS装饰线条往往自重和体积较大,在传统施工方法中,装饰线条与墙体主要依靠胶粘剂的粘贴力和锚栓的锚固力,连接稳固性较差,长时间在负风压、重力、温差作用下,会使保温板及装饰线条局部松动,削弱了外墙保温的耐久性,存在一定的安全隐患。论文针对建筑复杂高大EPS保温装饰线条施工和加固提供一种方法及加固措施,解决常规EPS装饰线条安装中,与外墙连接稳固性差、破坏装饰线条美观性等问题,对于确保装饰线条施工质量、提高工作效率、减少后续安全隐患具有重要意义。EPS decorative lines compared with cement components and FRP components have the advantages of light weight,uniform material,easy and convenient installation,and can be cut and spliced at will. It is the mainstream decorative lines choice at present. EPS molding weight and volume is bigger,often in traditional construction methods,moldings and wall relies mainly on the adhesive force of paste and the anchorage force of the anchor bolt,connection stability is poorer,for a long time under the influence of negative wind pressure,gravity,temperature difference,will make the local loose insulation board and decorative lines,weaken the durability of exterior wall thermal insulation,there is a potential safety hazard. This paper provides a method and reinforcement measures for the construction and reinforcement of EPS thermal insulation decorative lines in complex buildings,to solve the problems of poor stability and exterior wall connection and damage the beauty of decorative lines in the installation of conventional EPS decorative lines,which is of great significance for ensuring the construction quality of decorative lines,improving work efficiency and reducing subsequent safety risks.
