摘　　要：从全国首例建筑工程领域事故前追究刑事责任案件分析“新两法”实施后,施工现场安全生产管理要如何转变。以危险源的辨识评价作为切入点,分析施工现场做好风险分级管控和隐患排查治理的重要性。From the first case of dangerous work crime in the field of construction engineering in China,this paper analyzes how to change the management of construction site safety production after the implementation of the “new two laws”. From the identification and evaluation of hazard sources as an entry point,we analyze the importance of good risk classification and control and hidden danger investigation and management at construction sites.
