摘　　要：大型板带热轧水处理系统是热轧主轧线的配套设施,新水用量大、废水排量大、浓缩倍数低。结合某大型板带热轧水处理系统,从循环水量和水质、水处理工艺、各系统排污水量和水质、各系统补充水量和水质、系统浓缩倍数等方面进行了深入分析,就大型板带热轧水处理系统节水设计进行了探讨,可供类似项目设计或工程运维做参考。Large-scale plate and strip hot-rolled water treatment system is a supporting facility of main hot rolling line, which has characteristics of large new water consumption, large wastewater discharge amount, low concentration multiple and so on. Combined with a water treatment system for hot rolling of large-scale plate and strip, deep analysis was carried out from aspects of circulating water quantity and quality, water treatment process, effluent quantity and quality of each system, make-up water quantity and quality, concentration multiple of the system, and so on. The water saving design of water treatment system for hot rolling of large-scale plate and strip was discussed, which can provide reference for the design, engineering operation and maintenance of similar projects.
