摘 要:为解决碳交易市场开放后火电机组排放成本过高的问题,提出一种考虑碳交易机制由碳捕集机组、风、光、储能多个电源与柔性负荷聚合而成的虚拟电厂经济调度模型。计及碳交易机制,综合考虑源-荷两侧对碳减排的作用,以虚拟电厂净利润最大为目标制定调度计划。首先将碳捕集系统中CO_(2)变化量以碳捕集系统的溶液变化量表示,建立灵活运行碳捕集系统数学模型;其次为充分挖掘柔性负荷削峰填谷以及碳减排的潜力,采用价格需求弹性矩阵对负荷进行优化;最后使用Matlab中YALMIP与CPLEX对构建的经济调度模型进行仿真求解。仿真结果表明,建立的虚拟电厂经济调度模型可实现最优运行,优化后的负荷在降低用户购能成本的同时降低了系统碳排放,验证了碳捕集系统辅助火电机组调节的能力。In order to solve the problem of high emission cost of thermal power unit after the opening of carbon trading market,a virtual power plant(VPP)economic dispatching model considering carbon trading mechanism is proposed,which is composed of carbon capture unit,wind,light,energy storage multiple power sources and flexible loads. Considering the carbon trading mechanism,the scheduling plan is formulated with the VPP goal of maximizing the VPP net profit by taking into account the effects of both source-load sides in the carbon emission reduction. The change of CO2 in the carbon capture system is expressed as the variation of solution in the carbon capture system,and the mathematical model that can flexible run the carbon capture system is established. In order to fully exploit the potential of flexible load peak load shifting and carbon emission reduction,and price demand elasticity matrix is used to optimize the load. The YALMIP and CPLEX in Matlab are used for the simulation solution of the economic scheduling model constructed in this paper. The simulation results show that VPP economic scheduling model established in this paper can realize the optimal operation,and the optimized load can reduce the system carbon emission while reducing the user′s energy purchase cost. The ability of carbon capture system to assist the regulation of thermal power unit is verified.
