摘 要:操纵负荷系统是飞行模拟器的关键系统之一,其性能好坏直接影响到驾驶员的操纵手感。针对硬连接的操纵负荷系统进行模拟,介绍了一种力控制回路的电动操纵负荷系统实现方法。首先介绍了电动操纵负荷系统的实现方法以及系统组成,之后对操纵负荷系统的模型力计算、力加载模型进行了探讨。模型力综合气动力、连杆弹力、阻尼力、摩擦力等因素进行计算,力加载模型借鉴国外先进控制算法进行设计,将控制模型分为内回路和外回路两部分:外回路负责模型力的计算,内回路根据系统实测力信号及模型力生成点击驱动指令。使用PID控制器提高系统的控制精度和力感特性,并介绍了一种提高系统实时性的方法,可适用于不同机型的操纵负荷系统设计,对了解、设计、维护飞行模拟器具有一定的意义。The control load system is one of the key systems of the flight simulator,and its performance can directly affect the pilot′ s operating feel. In this paper,the hard-connected control load system is simulated,and a method for realizing the electric control load system of the force control loop and the system composition are introduced. The model force calculation and force loading model of the control load system are discussed. The comprehensive aerodynamic force,link elastic force,damping force,friction force and other factors of the model are calculated. The force loading model is designed by means of the foreign advanced control algorithms. The control model is divided into two parts:the inner loop and the outer loop. The outer loop is responsible for the calculation of the model force,and the inner loop is used to generate the click drive command according to the system measured force signal and the model force. The PID controller is adopted to improve the control precision and forcesensing characteristics of the system. The method to improve the real-time performance of the system is introduced,which is suitable for the design of the control load system for different aircraft types,and has a certain significance for understanding,designing and maintaining the flight simulator.
