摘  要:电动汽车出行的不确定性,对调度规模化电动汽车(EV)参与调频带来了挑战。在考虑电动汽车响应不确定性的基础上,建立了含储能、EV和火电机组的虚拟电厂参与调频决策模型。通过采用时变滤波经验模态分解(TVF-EMD)将区域控制误差(ACE)信号进行初步分解后,作为储能、EV和火电机组的参考出力功率。以净收益最高为目标,通过改变滤波阶数对调度虚拟电厂各部分的出力进行优化配置,使EV在能够满足用户出行的前提下参与调频,进而确定储能系统的最优容量配置。该方案不仅弥补了传统调频的不足,而且使EV、储能等灵活性资源能够参与调频并获得收益,增加了资源的利用率,有力地提高了调频效果并获得收益。最后基于实测ACE数据,分析不同配置方案对调频效益的影响,验证所提方案的有效性。The uncertainty of electric vehicle(EV)travel presents a challenge for dispatching large-scale EV to participate in the frequency modulation.In considiation of the uncertainty of EV response,a virtual power plant including energy storage,EV and thermal power units is established to participate in the decision-making model of frequency regulation.The area control error(ACE)signal is preliminarily decomposed by means of time-varying filtering empirical mode decomposition(TVF-EMD),which is used as the reference output power of energy storage,EV and thermal power units.With the highest net income as the goal,the output of each part of the dispatched virtual power plant is optimally configured by changing the filter order,so that EV can participate in frequency regulation on the premise of satisfying user travel,and then the optimal capacity configuration of the energy storage system is determined.This solution not only can make up for the shortcomings of traditional frequency regulation,but also make flexible resources such as EV and energy storage participate in frequency regulation and gain benefits,which increases the utilization of resources,effectively improves the frequency regulation effect,and obtain benefits.Based on the measured ACE data,the impact of different configuration schemes on FM efficiency is analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
