摘　　要：基于智能化技术成果在露天采矿设备维修领域的应用现状及未来发展趋势,研究了日常生产检修过程中,智能化技术在安全生产、技能提升、成本控制、配件领用、信息流通5个方面的使用情况,解决了一些迫在眉睫的技术难题。结果表明:智能化技术可以有效地提升安全生产活动作业系数,提高维修技能及检修效率,加快信息的流通,有效地控制了生产成本。Based on the application status and future development trend of intelligent technology achievements in the field of openpit mining equipment maintenance, this article studies five aspects of intelligent technology in safety production, skill improvement,cost control, spare parts acquisition, and information circulation in the process of daily production and maintenance, solves some imminent technical problems. The results show that intelligent technology can effectively improve the operation coefficient of safe production activities, improve maintenance skills and maintenance efficiency, speed up the flow of information, and effectively control production costs.
