摘  要:为了提高抚顺东露天矿油页岩生产能力,满足供应集团公司炼油厂原材料供应需求,同时解决筹划自有内排土场问题;提出了采矿工艺由单斗-电铁工艺向单斗-卡车-电铁联合工艺进行过渡,通过对开采境界、开拓系统、开采程序进行优化调整,可在采矿工艺优势互补的基础上,实现增产与建设内排土场同步进行。经论证:单斗-卡车-电铁联合工艺方案符合生产现状,可满足集团公司炼油厂原材料稳定供应和抚顺东露天矿可持续发展的需要。In order to improve the oil shale production capacity of the east open-pit mine, meet the supplying requirement of raw materials for the refinery of the group company, and solve the problem of planning its own internal dump, the article proposes the transition of mining process from single-electric iron process to single-truck-electric iron process. Through optimizing and adjusting the mining boundary, development system and mining procedures, based on the complementary advantages of mining technology, we realize the increase of production and the construction of internal dump. Through demonstration, the single bucket truck electric railway combined process scheme conforms to the production status, which can meet the stable supply of raw materials for the refinery of the group company and the sustainable development needs of the east open-pit mine.
