摘  要:为了减少L-2350轮式装载机在露天煤矿开采作业中经常出现升降和铲掘动作慢的故障,分析了L-2350轮式装载机在升降和铲掘液压系统系统设计方面存在的问题,尤其夏季天气炎热地表温度太高,大大影响设备的工作率。结果表明:及时诊断故障的发生点,运用合理的方法进行快速的处理维修,减轻了检修人员的工作量,提升了设备的工作效率,增加了液压油缸的使用期限,更好地维护了设备,尤其是减少了雨雪天气对露天矿生产影响,为露天矿节约了成本。In order to reduce L-2350 wheel loader elevator and shovel dug slow fault in coal mining operation, the article analyzes L-2350 wheel loader design problems in the lift and shovel dug hydraulic system, especially in the summer of the hot weather the surface temperature is too high, which greatly affect the work rate of equipment. The results show that we timely diagnose the fault point, use a reasonable method for rapid processing, so as to reduce the workload of maintenance personnel,improve the efficiency of the equipment, increase the service life of hydraulic oil cylinder, better maintenance the equipment. In particular, it reduces the impact of rain and snow weather on open-pit mine production, which saves costs for the open-pit mine.
