摘　　要：有毒中药在临床治疗中发挥着重要作用,但因使用或管理不当造成的不良事件屡有发生。饮片调剂自古便是中药工作的重要组成部分,医疗机构对有毒中药饮片调剂的规范化管理对于保障其临床有效性与安全性有重要意义。该文从管理品种、毒性分级及管理措施等方面对有毒中药饮片调剂的规范化管理进行探讨,以期为有毒中药饮片的安全、有效及合理使用提供参考。Toxic traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)plays an important role in clinical practice,but adverse events happen frequently caused by improper use or improper management.The dispensing of decoction pieces has been an important part of TCM since ancient times.The standardized management of dispensing toxic TCM decoction pieces in medical institution has important implications for ensuring clinical effectiveness and safety.This paper discussed the standardized management of the managed items,toxicity grading,and management measures to provide a reference for the safe,effective and reasonable use of toxic TCM.
