摘  要:为了更好的回收冶金余热,通过强化ORC系统中的直接接触换热器提高效率,主要探究不同长径比的SSK静态混合器对提高液-液直接接触换热混合及传热的影响规律.结果表明,长径比为1.5、1.0、0.5模型中容积换热系数较长径比为2.0的模型分别提升了53.6%、79.8%、179.7%.随着长径比的减小,管道内液态工质的完全蒸发高度分别为107 mm、91 mm、81 mm、66 mm,同时各模型中液体的分离强度减小趋势明显增大,径向速度明显升高且温度场均匀程度也呈现显著提高.综上所述,长径比较小的SSK静态混合器对液-液间混合及传热性能的提升较大.In order to better recover metallurgical waste heat and strengthen the direct contact heat exchanger in the ORC system to improve the efficiency,the influence of SSK static mixers with different length diameter ratios on the improvement of liquid-liquid direct contact heat transfer mixing and heat transfer is explored.The results show that the volumetric heat transfer coefficient of the model with the long diameter ratios of 1.5,1.0 and 0.5 is 53.6%,79.8%and 179.7%higher than that of the model with the long diameter ratio of 2.0 respectively.With the decrease of length diameter ratio,the complete evaporation height of liquid working medium in the pipeline is 107 mm,91 mm,81 mm and 66 mm,respectively.The decreasing trend of liquid separation strength in each model,the radial velocity and the uniformity of temperature field are significantly improved.In conclusion,SSK static mixer with small length diameter ratio can greatly improve liquid-liquid mixing and heat transfer performance.
