摘  要:在硫酸锌的电解沉积工序中,当氯离子浓度超过100 mg/L时,不仅会造成电极和设备的腐蚀,影响电沉积过程的稳定性和锌产品质量,还会生成氯气,污染环境.采用超声电化学法从模拟硫酸锌溶液中去除Cl-(300 mg/L),使用两面积相同的铜片作为工作电极和辅助电极,Ag/AgCl电极作为参比电极,通过XRD、SEM以及EDS来描述电化学脱氯后阳极表面的化学成分.探究酸度、超声功率、反应时间和反应温度对除氯过程的影响.结果表明:在酸度为150 g/L,温度为室温(25℃),超声100 W下搅拌180 min,除氯率达到75.3%,除氯后溶液中Cl-浓度仅为74.1 mg/L,满足电解要求;当反应到240 min时,氯离子浓度降至60.5 mg/L,除氯效果达79.83%,满足电积要求.且在此过程中无污染物质生成,除氯结束后的阳极铜片可将表面打磨后再次使用.该工艺的开发对湿法炼锌中氯的高效脱出具有重要意义和应用前景.In the electrolytic process of zinc sulfate,when the concentration of chloride ions exceeds 100mg/L,it will not only cause corrosion of electrodes and equipment,but also affect the stability of the electrodeposition process and the quality of zinc products,and generate chlorine gas and pollute the environment.Cl-(300 mg/L)was removed from simulated zinc sulfate solution by ultrasonic electrochemical method.Two copper plates with the same area were used as working electrode and auxiliary electrode,and Ag/AgCl electrode was used as reference electrode.XRD,SEM and EDS were used to describe the chemical composition of anode surface after electrochemical dechlorination.The effects of acidity,ultrasonic power,reaction time and reaction temperature on the process of chlorine removal were investigated.The results showed that:when the acidity is 150 g/L,the temperature is room temperature,and the ultrasonic stirring is 100 W for 180 min,the chlorine removal rate reaches 75.3%,and the concentration of Cl-in the solution after chlorine removal is only 74.1 mg/L,meeting the requirements of electrolysis.When the reaction reaches 240 min,the chloride concentration drops to 60.5 mg/L,and the chlorine removal effect reaches 79.83%,meeting the requirements of electrolysis.The anode copper sheet can be polished and reused again after the removal of chlorine.The development of this process has important significance and application prospect for the efficient removal of chlorine from zinc hydrometallurgy.
