揿针疗法辅助治疗5-羟色胺受体拮抗剂所致便秘的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨揿针疗法对5-羟色胺受体拮抗剂所致便秘的疗效。方法选择化疗且应用5-羟色胺受体拮抗剂所致便秘患者80例,随机分为观察组与对照组各40例。对照组采用枸橼酸莫沙必利片口服;观察组在对照组基础上加用揿针疗法辅助治疗。比较两组便秘患者首次排便时间、排便持续时间、Wexner便秘评分、Kolcaba舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分、便秘患者生活质量分析量表(PAC-QOL)评分。结果治疗后,两组患者首次排便时间、排便持续时间、Wexner评分及PAC-QOL评分比治疗前改善(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者GCQ评分高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论揿针疗法辅助治疗5-羟色胺受体拮抗剂所致的便秘,疗效显著,增加患者的舒适度,提高患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of press-needle therapy on constipation caused by 5-HT receptor antagonist.Methods 80 patients with constipation caused by chemotherapy and 5-HT receptor antagonist were randomly divided into study group and control group.The control group took mosapride citrate tablets orally.On the basis of the control group,the study group was treated with press-needle therapy.After the treatment,the first defecation time,defecation duration,Wexner constipation score,Kolcaba Comfort Scale(GCQ)score and quality of life analysis scale(PAC-QOL)of constipation patients in the two groups were observed.Results After the treatment,the first defecation time,duration of defecation,Wexner score and pac-qol score of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the study group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the GCQ scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Press-needle therapy is effective in treating constipation caused by 5-HT receptor antagonists,which increases the comfort of patients and improves their quality of life.
