摘　　要：在深化拓展“太行山道路”、传承弘扬“太行山精神”“李保国精神”的教育教学实践中,学校全面实施人才强校战略,健全师德师风建设长效机制,加大高层次人才引育力度,深化师资人才发展体制机制改革,形成了“太行山道路”引领的师资人才培育路径,引育并举、分类发展、多维评价的师资人才发展格局和价值引领、精神涵养的师德建设特色。教师先进典型不断涌现,高层次人才数量不断增加,师资结构持续优化,为建设特色鲜明高水平大学提供了强大的人才支撑。In the teaching practice of expanding the"Taihang Mountain Road"and elevating the tradition of"Taihang Mountain Spirit"and"Li Baoguo Spirit",Hebei Agricultural University has fully implemented the strategy of strengthening the school by talents,improved the long-term mechanism to foster teachers’professional ethics,and strengthened the faculty by recruiting and in-service training.It has deepened the reform of the system and mechanism for faculty development,and formed a path for faculty development led by the"Taihang Mountain Road",a faculty development pattern of recruiting and in-service training,targeted development based on faculty types,and multi-dimensional evaluation,as well as the characteristics of value-led and spiritual cultivation of teachers'professional ethics.Emerging model faculty members and high-level talents along with optimized faculty structure provide strong support for the construction of a high-level university with distinctive characteristics.
