新时代科教兴农之路的实践与思考

摘　　要：河北农业大学坚持教学、科研、生产三结合,开创了享誉全国的“太行山道路”,培育形成了“太行山精神”和“李保国精神”,探索出了一条地方农业院校实现特色发展的有效途径。本文在探讨科教兴农之路服务成效的基础上,面向新时代,提出科教兴农之路要坚持科技创新与农业产业发展有效结合、坚持多专业跨学科联合、坚持校政企农“四方联手”,构建集产业链、学科链、创新链、人才链、服务链“五链合一”的转化服务平台,全面服务乡村振兴,支撑特色鲜明高水平大学建设。In ceaseless practices to combine teaching,scientific research and production,Hebei Agricultural University explored an effective way to develop local agricultural universities with distinct characteristics,which is crystalized as the well-known"Taihang Mountain Road",the"Taihang Mountain Spirit"and the"Li Baoguo Spirit".In light of its past success,the road of developing agriculture through science and education in the new era requires parallel efforts to promote scientific and technological innovation and agricultural industry development,an interdisciplinary integration,a school-government-enterprise-farmers"quartet",and a platform integrating industry chain,discipline chain,innovation chain,brain chain and service chain,so as to serve the rural revitalization and the development of high-level universities with distinct characteristics.
