“一道路两精神”的形成及渊源探析

摘　　要：“一道路两精神”是河北农业大学长期办学实践的理论升华,是学校鲜明的办学特色和大学精神。深入分析建校百廿的发展历程和办学实践,提出“一道路两精神”的“三起源四阶段”,即“一道路两精神”来源于培养农业人才的育人初心、服务“三农”的历史使命、一脉相承的大学文化,经历了建校初期孕育、新中国成立后萌芽、改革开放以来形成、进入新时代拓展等4个阶段。系统梳理特色大学文化的发展脉络和历史渊源,对于传承和弘扬大学文化,以文化人、以文育人具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。"One Road and Two Spirits"is the distinctive characteristics and spirits and the essence of long-term development of Hebei Agricultural University.On the basis of in-depth analysis of 120 years history and development process and practice of our university,this paper puts forward"Three Origins and Four Stages"of"One Road and Two Spirits",that is,"One Road and Two Spirits"originates from the initial aspiration of cultivating agricultural talents,the historical mission of serving agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and university culture.It has gone through four stages:the initial stage,the rudimentary stage after the founding of PRC,the formation stage since 1978,and the development stage after entering the new era.It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to systematically review the development and historical origin of distinctive culture,to inherit and carry forward the culture,and to educate with the culture.
