做强特色产业推动乡村振兴——剖析望都县辣椒产业,优化河北省特色产业发展

摘　　要：产业振兴是乡村振兴的重要基础。望都作为河北省农业特色产业起步早、发展好的辣椒之乡,借助资源禀赋优势、政府扶持作用、融合发展路径、科学技术支撑和文化影响效应,培育了众多的市场主体,打造了完整的产业链条,拓展了广阔的销售市场,形成了鲜明的区域特色,但原料保障能力、产业配套水平、产业链条延伸、产业龙头实力、企业品牌意识仍有待提高。为推动望都乃至全省特色产业发展迈出新步伐,应精准确定产业发展方向,强力发挥政府引导作用,坚持集聚融合发展路径,着力打造行业领军企业,广泛培育新型职业农民,注重科技支撑创新引领,加强产业文化推广。Industrial revitalization is an important foundation for rural revitalization.Wangdu County,as the hometown of pepper with an early start and a well-developed agricultural characteristic industry in Hebei Province,has cultivated many market entities and built a complete industry with the help of resource endowment advantages,government support,integrated development path,scientific and technological support and cultural influence.The chain has expanded a broad sales market and formed distinct regional characteristics.However,the capacity to guarantee the raw material,industrial supporting capacity,industrial chain extension,industrial leading effects,and business brand awareness still need to be improved.In order to take new steps to promote the development of Wangdu County and even the province’s representative industries,we should accurately determine the direction of industrial development,give full play to the government's guiding role,adhere to the path of agglomeration and integration development,strive to build leading enterprises,extensively cultivate new types of professional farmers,and focus on scientific and technological innovation and boost promotion of industrial culture.
