复肝消积汤联合恩替卡韦治疗乙肝肝硬化代偿期的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复肝消积汤联合恩替卡韦治疗乙肝肝硬化代偿期的临床疗效。方法:将60例乙肝肝硬化患者随机分为研究组、对照组,每组各30例。对照组服用0.5 mg恩替卡韦qd,研究组在该基础上每日加用中药复肝消积汤水煎剂,共48周。治疗结束后,比较两组肝穿刺病理学Ishak纤维化评分、肝脏彩超半定量评分、Fibrotouch肝脏硬度测量值、血清肝纤维化四项等的变化。结果:治疗后研究组在改善Ishak评分、肝脏彩超半定量评分、Fibrotouch肝脏硬度测量值、血清肝纤维化四项方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在恩替卡韦的基础上加用中药复肝消积汤能够促进肝硬化的逆转,且安全有效。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Fugan Xiaoji Decoction combined with entecavir in the treatment of compensatory stage of hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods:Sixty patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis were randomly divided into an experimental group of 30 cases and a control group of 30 cases.The control group was given 0.5 mg entecavir daily,and the experimental group was given another dose of Fugan Xiaoji Decoction daily.Both groups were treated for 48 weeks.After the treatment,the changes of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score,liver biopsy Ishak score,abdominal color doppler ultrasound,liver hardness measurement(LSM value)and liver function were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in improving Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score,liver biopsy histopathological Ishak score,liver color doppler ultrasound semi-quantitative score and LSM value,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Fugan Xiaoji Decoction combined with entecavir can significantly improve the symptoms and signs,Ishak score of liver biopsy,semi-quantitative score of liver color doppler ultrasound,LSM value of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis in compensatory stage,and increase the reversal rate of liver cirrhosis.
