南通融入长三角科创共同体的路径研究

摘　　要：基于对南通创新能力现状的分析,针对南通创新能力提升中所面临的制约因素,建议南通市从强调规划引领,聚焦优势产业链发展;找准功能定位,形成区域有效产业链分工;模糊城市边界,加快构建都市圈联合体;优化营商环境,突出城市创新服务优势四个方面着手,不断提升城市创新能力,进一步融入长三角科创共同体。Based on the analysis of the current situation of the innovation ability in Nantong and in view of the restrictive factors faced in the improvement of Nantong’s innovation ability, this paper suggests that Nantong should improve its ability of innovation from four aspects: emphasizing the planning guidance and focusing on the development of competitive industrial chains;and finding the correct functional positioning and forming a regional effective industrial chain division of labor;accelerating the construction of the metropolitan area consortium by blurring urban boundaries;and optimizing the business environment and highlightening the advantages of urban innovation services, thus integrating into the Yangtze River Delta Science and Technology Innovation Community successfully.
