摘  要:旨在分析特哈杂交羔羊的组别、性别、群别、母羊年龄、出生类型等固定效应对消化道线虫虫卵数和早期生长性状的影响,目标性状包括羔羊每克粪便中的虫卵数(FEC)、羔羊初生重(BW)、羔羊断奶重(WW)、羔羊6月龄体重(6WT)、羔羊出生到6月龄平均日增重(ADG)。对目标性状作出遗传参数估计(遗传力、方差组分、遗传相关和表型相关),为绵羊的遗传改良提供数据参考。使用ASReml软件进行分析,先利用混合线性模型分析固定效应对绵羊的消化道线虫虫卵数和早期生长性状的影响,再使用多性状动物模型对目标性状进行遗传参数估计。研究表明,羔羊的组别和群别对所有性状影响极显著(P<0.001);性别对虫卵数、初生重、断奶重和平均日增重影响极显著(P<0.001);母羊年龄对初生重影响极显著(P<0.001),对虫卵数、断奶重无显著影响(P>0.05);出生类型对初生重、断奶重、6月龄重、平均日增重影响极显著(P<0.001);FEC、BW、WW、6WT、ADG的遗传力分别为0.142、0.156、0.365、0.294、0.024;FEC与BW(-0.889)之间均呈现出比较高的负遗传相关,FEC与6WT(0.096)、ADG(0.152)之间呈较低正遗传相关,与WW(-0.574)之间呈负遗传相关。因此,在遗传改良和选育过程中,不仅要提高对线虫感染的控制,还要重视并改善绵羊的管理方式、生长环境。本研究估计了特哈杂交羔羊消化道线虫虫卵数及早期生长性状的遗传参数,可为下一步的遗传改良提供理论参考。The aim of this study was to analyze the effects of fixed effects such as group,gender,population,ewe age,birth type on the egg number and early growth traits of digestive tract Nematodes in Teha cross lambs.The target traits included number of eggs per gram of faeces(FEC),birth weight(BW),weaning weight(WW),weight at 6 months of age(6WT),and average daily gain from birth to 6 months of age(ADG).The genetic parameters(heritability,variance component,genetic correlation and phenotypic correlation)of the target traits were estimated to provide data reference for genetic improvement of sheep.ASReml software was used to analyze the effects of fixed effects on the egg number and early growth traits of digestive tract Nematodes in sheep by using mixed linear model,and then the genetic parameters of the target traits were estimated by using multi-trait animal model.The results showed that the group and population had significant effects on all traits(P<0.001).Gender had significant effects on FEC,BW,WW and ADG(P<0.001).The age of ewes had significant effects on BW(P<0.001),but had no significant effects on FEC and WW(P>0.05).Birth type had significant effects on BW,WW,6WT and ADG(P<0.001).The heritability of FEC,BW,WW,6WT and ADG were 0.142,0.156,0.365,0.294 and 0.024,respectively.There was a relatively high negative genetic correlation between FEC and BW(-0.889),a low positive genetic correlation between FEC and 6WT(0.096)and ADG(0.152),and a negative genetic correlation between FEC and WW(-0.574).Therefore,in the process of genetic improvement and breeding,we should not only improve the control of nematode infection,but also pay attention and improve the management mode and growth environment of sheep.In this study,the genetic parameters of egg number and early growth traits of digestive tract Nematodes in teha cross lambs were estimated,which could provide theoretical reference for further genetic improvement.
