摘 要:旨将不同日龄羔羊断奶重校正为同一日龄,弥补羔羊断奶重误差的缺陷。以特哈杂交F2代断奶羔羊体重与断奶天数为变量做散点图,判断为线性回归关系。将群体划分为单胎公羊、单胎母羊、双胎公羊、双胎母羊四个水平。通过统计软件SPSS26.0建立线性回归方程,将断奶日龄以五天划分为一组,取组限中数带入回归方程中为断奶重的校正日龄值。校正系数为校正日龄体重值除以断奶重的理论值,校正体重为校正系数乘以实际体重。单胎公羊、单胎母羊、双胎公羊、双胎母羊四种类型的断奶日龄与断奶重的回归方程分别为y=0.205x+12.404;y=0.195x+11.472;y=0.212x+3.218;y=0.216x+1.203。四组类别的相关系数分别为0.468、0.571、0.503、0.516,均有极显著的影响(P<0.01),并大于总体相关系数。为羔羊断奶重的选种选育提供了良好的科学理论基础。The purpose of this study was to correct the weaning weight of lambs at different age to the same age to compensate for the error of weaning weight of lambs. A scatter plot was made with the body weight and weaning days of F2 generation Teha crossbred lambs as variables, which was judged to be a linear regression relationship. The population was divided into four levels: single ram, single ewes, twin ram and twin ewes.The linear regression equation was established by statistical software SPSS26.0, and the weaning days were divided into groups of five days, and the median number of the group limit was substituted into the regression equation as the corrected age value of weaning weight. The corrected weight was divided by the theoretical weight of weaning, and the corrected weight was the corrected coefficient multiplied by the actual weight..The regression equation of weaning age and weaning weight of single ram, single ewes, twin ram and twin ewes were y =0.205x+12.404;y=0.195x+11.472;y=0.212x+3.218;y=0.216x+1.203.The correlation coefficients of the four groups were 0.468, 0.571, 0.503 and 0.516, respectively, which were significantly higher than the overall correlation coefficients(P<0.01). It provides a good scientific theoretical basis for the selection and breeding of lambs weaning weight.
