摘  要:随着新型火炮对密闭性要求的提高及无后坐力火炮的发展,传统将能量通过接触作用在底火上的点火方式并不能满足其需求,为此设计了一种工作频率为100 kHz的磁耦合谐振式非接触点火系统。建立磁耦合谐振式点火系统的数学模型,分析得出影响系统传输效率的关键因素为互感,并通过Maxwell软件仿真分析骨架和磁芯对系统互感的影响,分析得出采用低电导率和低磁导率的陶瓷作为骨架可以提升互感,在次级线圈周围加入磁芯也可以明显提升互感。测试结果表明:利用陶瓷作为骨架材料的非接触式点火原理样机可以可靠地完成点火功能。该技术可以用于指导身管武器的非接触式底火的设计。With an increasing requirement of airtightness for new guns and the development of recoilless guns, the traditional ignition methods of applying energy to the primer through contact fails to meet their needs, and, therefore, this paper designs a magnetically coupled resonant non-contact ignition system with an operating frequency of 100 kHz. The mathematical model of the ignition system is established, and mutual inductance, the key factor affecting the transmission efficiency of the ignition system, is analyzed. Maxwell software is used to simulate and analyze the influence of the skeleton and the magnetic core on the mutual inductance of the system. It is concluded that the use of low conductivity and low permeability ceramics as the skeleton can improve mutual inductance, and the addition of a magnetic core around the secondary coil can also significantly improve mutual inductance. The test results show that the non-contact ignition prototype made of ceramics as the skeleton material can well perform the ignition function. This technology can be used in the design of non-contact primers for guiding barrel weapons.
