摘 要:为实现弹道修正引信修正舵机与弹体的旋转隔离功能,考虑炮弹发射时瞬时高冲击所需的结构强度要求,按照功能性、可靠性、轻量化原则,通过轴承选型匹配与空间布局分析,结合缓冲结构,提出了隔转平台设计方案,利用冲击实验、滚转力矩检测实验及轴承检测分析,检验了隔转平台结构强度和转动灵活性,获得了该方案隔转平台所适应的过载条件,确定了隔转平台下一步的优化方向。In order to realize the isolation of a revised steering gear for trajectory correction fuze and rotation of a projectile, considering the required structure strength of instantaneous high impact of artillery firing, this paper proposes an isolation platform design scheme through an analysis of bearing matching and spatial layout and a combination with the buffer structure, in accordance with principles of function, reliability and lightweight. The impact tests, rolling moment tests and bearing tests are used to test the structural strength and rotational flexibility of the platform, and the overload conditions adapted to the platform are obtained, which provides a guidance for further optimization of the platform.
