摘  要:针对典型A320机翼结构部段的超手册穿孔损伤,设计了超手册修理一般参数、补片加厚参数和紧固件扩孔参数,分析超手册穿孔损伤及其三组超手册修理参数下基于Abaqus有限元仿真的临界承载力。研究表明:穿孔损伤导致了结构临界承载力下降了9.36%,而基于该损伤的超手册修理一般参数使临界承载力恢复到了原始部段的92.56%,补片加厚和紧固件扩孔参数分别将部段的临界承载力恢复至原始水平的99.78%和99.67%。超手册修理一般参数修理周期短但临界承载力较低;另两组参数承载力高但修理成本也相对更高,修理周期更长。本文中的分析方法为航空公司制定不同决策偏好的技术方案提供了选择依据。Aiming at the ultra-manual perforation damage of typical A320 wing structural sections, this paper designs general ultra-manual repair parameters, patch thickening parameters and fastener reaming parameters. The critical bearing capacity of Abaqus-based finite element simulation is analyzed under ultra-manual perforation damage and the three sets of ultra-manual repair parameters. The results show that the perforation causes the critical bearing capacity of the structure to decrease by 9.36%, and the general ultra-manual repair parameters based on the damage restore the critical bearing capacity to 92.56% of that of the original section. The patch thickening parameters and the fastener reaming parameters restore the critical bearing capacities of the section to 99.78% and 99.67% of that of the original one respectively. The general ultra-manual repair parameters have a short repair cycle but a low critical bearing capacity;the other two sets of parameters have higher bearing capacities but also relatively higher repair cost and a longer repair cycle. The analysis method in this paper provides a basis for airliners to choose technical solutions with different decision preferences.
