摘  要:为了研究含黑索金的改性双基推进剂(RDX-CMDB)的热分解和热安全特性,采用微热量热仪开展了线性升温实验,结合Kissinger法、Friedman法和热平衡方程进行动力学计算,得到了RDX-CMDB的绝热诱导期(TMRad)及自加速分解温度(SADT)。结果表明:RDX-CMDB的初始分解温度、最高分解温度、分解完成温度均随升温速率的增加向高温方向移动,平均分解热为3 463.8 J·g^(-1)。随着升温速率的增加,解耦后的初始分解温度提前,分解焓分别为468.3 J·g^(-1)和1 348.7 J·g^(-1)。动力学分析表明,RDX-CMDB在不同反应阶段中具有不同反应,当绝热诱导期为2.0、4.0、8.0、24.0 h时,对应的绝热温度分别为132.4、122.9、113.9、100.6℃。当包装质量分别取5.0、15.0、25.0、50.0、100.0 kg时,自加速分解温度分别为91.0、88.0、87.0、84.0和82.0℃,随着包装质量的增加,RDX-CMDB热分解放出的热量难以释放,安全性降低。In order to study thermal decomposition and thermal safety characteristics of RDX-CMDB, this paper uses a micro calorimeter to carry out linear heating experiments. The thermal adiabatic induction period(TMRad) and self-accelerating decomposition temperature(SADT) of RDX-CMDB are obtained through dynamics calculation by combining Kissinger method, Friedman method and heat balance equations. The results show that the initial decomposition temperature, the maximum decomposition temperature and the decomposition completion temperature of RDX-CMDB propellant all move to high temperatures with an increase of the heating rate, and the average decomposition heat is 3 463.8 J·g^(-1). As the heating rate increases, the initial decomposition temperature after decoupling advances, and the decomposition enthalpies are 468.3 J·g^(-1)and 1 348.7 J·g^(-1)respectively. The kinetic model shows that the RDX-CMDB propellant has different reactions in different reaction stages. When the adiabatic induction periods are 2.0, 4.0, 8.0 and 24.0 h, the corresponding adiabatic temperatures are 132.4, 122.9, 113.9 and 100.6 ℃ respectively. When the packing mass is 5.0, 15.0, 25.0, 50.0 and 100.0 kg, the self-accelerating decomposition temperatures are 91.0, 88.0, 87.0, 84.0 and 82.0 ℃ respectively. With an increase of packaging mass, it is difficult to release heat from the thermal decomposition of RDX-CMDB,, and its safety decreases.
