耳穴压丸联合中药封包治疗肛肠病术后尿潴留的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察耳穴压丸与中药封包联合使用对肛肠病术后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法将94例肛肠病术后尿潴留患者随机分为观察组与对照组各47例,对照组予以常规干预,观察组采用耳穴压丸联合中药封包法干预。比较两组排尿时间评分、膀胱叩诊评分、排尿状况评分、小腹症状评分。结果观察组排尿时间及膀胱叩诊评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者排尿状况及小腹症状评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压丸法联合中药封包可显著提高肛肠病患者术后尿潴留的临床疗效,且操作简便,无明显不良反应。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of auricular point pressing pill combined with Chinese medicine sealing on postoperative urinary retention in patients with anorectal diseases.Methods:A total of 94 patients with postoperative anorectal postoperative urinary retention were randomly divided into observation group and control group,47 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention,while the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine sealing combined with auricular point pressing.The urination time score,the bladder percussion score,the urination status score,the lower abdominal symptom scores were compared between the two groups after intervention.Results:The urination time and bladder percussion score in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the urination status and lower abdominal symptom scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine sealing combined with auricular pressing can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of postoperative urinary retention in patients with anorectal diseases,which is convieniet operation and without adverse reaction.
