摘 要:当前,助学类公益组织推行的三种助学模式各有优势和弊端,研究和树立具有典型示范效应的公益组织助学模式以促进同类公益组织的发展尤为重要。以个案研究为基础,本文通过访谈和比较总结归纳出五维赋能式发展型助学模式。该模式包括经济赋能、心理赋能、学业赋能、实践赋能和创业赋能五个维度,各维度既相对独立又互相联系。这一模式破除了仅为受助学生提供物质资助这种浅层助学的弊端,培养和提升了受助学生的综合能力,助力他们成人、成才、成业。通过分析五维赋能式发展型助学模式的特色、优势及可能存在的弊端,本文探讨了发展型助学公益组织的深层发展策略。Nowadays,there are advantages and disadvantages in the three student-helping modes promoted by non-profit organizations.It is particularly important to study and set up examples of non-profit organizations with typical demonstration effects to promote the development of similar non-profit organizations.Using a case study tradition,drawing data from interviews and comparative analysis of the educational model of public welfare organizations,this paper explores the five-dimensional empowering development-oriented educational model,which includes five dimensions:economic empowerment,psychological empowerment,academic empowerment,practical empowerment and entrepreneurial empowerment.The five dimensions are independent and interrelated,which breaks the disadvantage of providing only material aid to poor students,cultivates and promotes the comprehensive ability of the students,and helps them become adults,talents and careers.From analyzing the characteristics,advantages and possible disadvantages of the five-dimensional empowerment development-oriented student aid model,this paper probes into the deep strategies of the development-oriented student aid public welfare organizations.
