使命驱动型社会组织的嵌入式发展——以F环保社会组织为案例的探讨

摘　　要：面对变化的环境,社会组织要不断调适其与外部主体间的关系,但使命仍是社会组织发展的内在驱动力。本文中的F环保社会组织,在20余年中经历了从志愿者团体向专业社会组织的转型,在环保公益领域具有较大的影响力。本文发现,F环保社会组织的嵌入式发展策略包括三个方面:一是通过获得合法性身份和加强策略性互动,构建良好的政社关系;二是通过多元组合策略倒逼企业履行环保责任,积极回应社会需求;三是整合各类社会资源,加强与公众之间的联系。F环保社会组织的发展不仅得益于构建良性互动的多方合作关系,也得益于通过加强组织文化建设坚守环保公益使命,从而实现了使命驱动下的嵌入式发展,这为从实践层面推动民间社会组织的可持续发展带来一定启示。Facing the changing environment,social organizations need to constantly adjust the relationship with external subjects,but the mission is still the internal driving force for their development.The F environmental protection social organization in this study has experienced the transformation from a volunteer group to a professional social organization in more than 20 years,and gained great influence in the field of environmental protection and public welfare.The findings suggest,firstly,the F organization has built a good political-social relationship by gaining legal status and strengthening strategic interaction;secondly,it forces enterprises to fulfill their environmental protection responsibilities through diversified combination strategies and actively respond to social needs;thirdly,it integrated all kinds of social resources and strengthened the connection with the public.Finally,on the one hand,the development of the organization benefits from building a multi-cooperative relationship which is good and interactive;on the other hand,it realizes the embedded development driven by the mission by strengthening the organizational cultural construction and adhering to the mission of environmental protection and public welfare,which brings insights to the sustainable development of civil society organizations from the practical level.
