合作治理视角下社会影响力投资的模式及机制研究——基于多案例的考察

摘　　要：作为社会治理的工具创新,社会影响力投资是利用商业手段创造有益于社会与环境的正面效应并高效解决社会问题的新型投资形式。本文根据合作治理理论,采用多案例比较研究方法将社会影响力投资的模式划分为政府主导模式、社会组织主导模式和企业主导模式。这三种模式在投资动力机制、资源配置机制和主体合作机制等方面具有不同的特征,在组织个体维度和生态系统维度具有不同的适用条件与潜在风险,从而对社会影响力投资的发展产生不同的效应。社会组织主导模式和企业主导模式更有利于社会影响力投资的良性发展。As a tool innovation in social governance,impact investment is a new form of investment that uses business tools to create positive effects that benefit society and the environment and efficiently solve social problems.Based on cooperative governance theory,a multi-case comparative study is used to classify the models of impact investment into government-led model,social organization-led model and business-led model.The three models have different characteristics in terms of investment motivation mechanism,resource allocation mechanism and subject cooperation mechanism,and have different conditions of application and potential risks in the individual organizational dimension and ecosystem dimension,which have different effects on the development of impact investment.The social organization-led model and the business-led model are more conducive to the benign development of impact investment.
